Dealerships sell hot tubs. Service is the counter in the back. We flipped that: cleaning, balancing, and maintaining spas is the entire business — not a department.
Because we're independent, we work on every major brand, our schedule is built around service calls instead of showroom hours, and our answer to most problems is a thorough cleaning and proper water chemistry — not a sales pitch. If something genuinely needs replacing, we'll say so plainly and tell you why.
