On a weekly or biweekly plan, your quarterly drain & clean drops to the $250 member rate, and each visit covers up to 30 minutes on site (extended work bills at $60 per half hour). Want deep cleans only? The Quarterly Maintenance Plan starts at $275 per scheduled visit.

Can I change how often you come?
Yes. Plans flex with real life — some clients do 3, 4, 6, or 12 visits a year depending on how much they use the tub. If the kids move out or the in-laws move in, call or text 253-468-2888 and we'll adjust the schedule.
Is a quarterly drain & clean enough on its own?
For lightly used tubs with an owner who tests and doses between cleans, it can be.
