Privacy Policy
Effective July 2026. The short version: we collect only what we need to schedule and perform hot tub service, and we don't sell any of it.
Information we collect
When you request service through our booking form, you provide your name, contact details, service address, and details about your hot tub and the service you want. That form is operated by Jobber (Octopusapp Inc.), our scheduling platform — the information goes to Jobber to create and manage your service request, subject to Jobber's privacy policy.
If you call, text, or email us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and coordinate your service.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed, buttons clicked, and general (city-level) location. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally. You can opt out with browser settings, tracking-protection features, or Google's opt-out browser add-on.
How we use information
- To respond to service requests and schedule visits
- To send service reports, invoices, and appointment communication
- To improve this website
We do not sell personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service platforms that make the business run (Jobber for scheduling and invoicing, Google Analytics as described above).
Cookies
Cookies on this site are limited to Google Analytics measurement. The site works fine with cookies blocked.
Service photos
We photograph hot tubs before and after service for your service report. Photos that appear in our public gallery show equipment and water only — if you'd prefer your spa never appear publicly, just tell us and it won't.
