The process
What happens during the visit.
Purge the plumbing
Before draining, we run a professional line-flush product through the jets. The foam you'll see in our before photos is years of hidden biofilm leaving the pipes.
Full drain and inspection
Water out, and a careful look at the shell, fittings, and cover while everything's exposed.
Detail the shell, waterline, and cover
Seats, footwell, waterline ring, headrests, and both sides of the cover — scrubbed, not rinsed-and-hoped.
Deep-clean the filters
Cartridges get a real cleaning. If they're past saving, we'll say so and help you source the right replacement — filters vary by model, and we don't guess.
Fresh fill, heat, and balance
Refill with fresh water, restart, and balance the chemistry completely. We don't leave until the water's trending right.

$349, plus exactly two things.
Tax, and a trip fee that depends on where you are — we're based in Yelm and cover a lot of ground, so a visit to Lacey isn't priced like a visit to South Seattle. Both are quoted up front when you book. Nothing shows up on the invoice that wasn't on the quote.
Extra-large spas, severe neglect, or accessory add-ons (like new filters or a startup chemical package at $129) can change the total — always discussed before we start, never after.
How long does a drain and clean take?
Most take a few hours on site, depending on spa size, water condition, and your fill rate. The tub then reheats overnight at most — typically soak-ready by evening or next morning.
Do I need to do anything before the visit?
Clear access to the spa and a working hose spigot. We bring everything else and haul away what we flush out.
Why flush the jet lines instead of just refilling?
Most water problems live in the plumbing, not the water. Biofilm builds up inside the lines where you can't see it — refill over it and the fresh water inherits the old problem. The purge pulls it out so the clean actually lasts.
How often should I schedule one?
Every 3 to 4 months for typical household use; more for heavy use or rentals. Weekly and biweekly clients on recurring maintenance get quarterly drain and cleans at the $250 member rate, or you can prepay a Quarterly Package starting at $299 per visit.
