How often should a hot tub be drained and cleaned?
For most households, every 3 to 4 months. Heavy use, rentals, or problem water can shorten that. If the water is hard to keep balanced or has an odor that comes right back, it's time — refilling over dirty plumbing just recycles the problem.
What's included in the $349 drain and clean?
Complete drain, jet-line flush, shell and waterline detail, cover cleaning, filter cleaning, fresh fill, and full chemical balancing — plus a service report with photos. Tax and a location-based trip fee are added at booking.
Do you service my hot tub brand?
Almost certainly. We work on all major brands — Hot Spring, Jacuzzi, Sundance, Bullfrog, Caldera, Marquis, and more. We're independent, so no brand is "not ours."
What does the trip fee cost?
It varies by location — we're based in Yelm and cover a wide area, so a visit to Lacey and a visit to South Seattle aren't the same drive. You'll get the exact number with your quote before you commit. No surprises on the invoice.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
Just two things: access to the spa and a working hose spigot. We handle the rest, including hauling out what we flush.
