For a fresh fill
A brand-new fill or a post-drain-and-clean tub needs a specific set of products to get balanced and stay that way. The $129 startup chemical package covers that standard set — sanitizer, shock, and balancers matched to your spa's water system — added to any Drain & Clean or new-tub startup.
Full detail on the New Homeowner Reset if you're starting from an unknown or newly acquired tub — see how a startup package plays out on a real reset.

Mineral + SmartChlor sanitizing
For tubs running a Frog @ease Mineral System, we stock and deliver both the mineral cartridge and SmartChlor cartridge components, and can help you understand your system's cadence during a visit. If your @ease readings look off and you want the troubleshooting detail rather than just a resupply, see our water care guide.
The everyday essentials
For traditional chlorine-sanitized spas, we carry chlorine granules, shock for the weekly oxidizer reset, pH and alkalinity balancers, and 5-way test strips for quick at-home checks between visits. These are the same products used on every service visit — available to restock on your schedule, not just when we happen to be there for something else.
Filters, when you need them
If your visit also calls for a filter clean or replacement, that can be scheduled together with a chemical delivery. See Filter Cleaning & Replacement for how we identify and source the correct filter for your spa.
How to actually get it delivered
On our products page, you can add items to your service list as you go, then attach that list to an upcoming booking or text it to us directly. Route clients can add products to any scheduled visit — no separate checkout, no shipping wait.
Where general advice ends
We can point you toward the right sanitizer system or the right restock based on what you tell us, but a text description isn't a water test. For anything beyond a routine restock — persistent chemistry problems, water that won't hold sanitizer, or symptoms you're not sure about — see Problem Water Recovery or book a visit so we can test the water directly.
What we don't offer, today
We don't currently ship products or run a standalone online store. Everything above is delivered in person, with a scheduled service visit. If that changes, this page will change with it — we won't advertise a shipping option we can't actually fulfill.
Common questions
Not as a shipped, standalone order today. Products are delivered with scheduled service visits, and route clients can add products to any upcoming stop. Call or text 253-468-2888 to ask about your specific situation.
The standard set of products a fresh fill needs to get balanced and stay that way — sanitizer, shock, and balancers matched to your spa's water system. Contents are matched to your tub at the visit rather than sold as a fixed generic kit.
Yes — we carry the Frog @ease Mineral System, including SmartChlor and mineral cartridges, for tubs using that sanitizing system.
It depends on your spa's water system, how often you soak, and how hands-on you want to be. Frog @ease suits set-and-forget owners; traditional chlorine gives more direct control. We recommend based on your actual tub, not a script.
